We have a very transparent and honest approach to doing business and fully understand that you may want to opt out any time during the trial period for any reason. Please read our cancellation and refund policy.

1. Trial Period: You can cancel your subscription for any reason (no question asked) whatsoever during the trial period of 3 days from the date & time of your payment of $1. Your 3 days starts from the date & time of your registration and payment of $1. $1 paid towards trial fees is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Yearly Payment method: While signing up you will be asked to choose a subscription plan and its payment method. If you choose the yearly payment (which is a highly discounted price vis-à-vis monthly payment) you will be charged automatically post your trial period.

The yearly subscription once paid, cannot be cancelled and hence no refund will be possible whatsoever. The yearly subscription amount shall be deducted automatically after the expiry of the trial period. However, you are free to cancel your trial within 3 days (no-question asked) and in such case, your account shall be immediately deactivated and no such annual payment shall be charged to you. If you do not cancel your trial within the trial period (3 days) for any reason whatsoever, your subscription plan amount shall be charged automatically and no refund whatsoever shall be processed.

The prerogative and the onus of cancellation or continuation of plan rests entirely on you

1.Monthly Payment method: If you choose the monthly payment, there are two payments that will automatically be charged to your credit card after the trial period is over - The first months’ payment (as per plan chosen) and the one-time set up fee (if applicable). Both the payments are non-refundable. As per our terms and condition agreed upon by you, you’re charged at the beginning of a month in advance and the cycle repeats at every 30 days. Your monthly payment shall continue to be deducted from your account till such time your subscription plan period expires. Example: If you’ve chosen 1 (one) year plan, monthly amount shall be deducted for 12 month after the expiry of the trial period and you agree to pay such amount as per the agreement signed with vogue360. However, if you cancel your subscription within the trial period of 3 days, no amount shall be deducted from your account and upon cancellation, your account shall be deactivated automatically.

The prerogative and the onus of cancellation rests entirely on you.

Failure to cancel your subscription due to ignorance or for any reason whatsoever, shall never ever qualify for refund.
